This incident according to the OP happened at iwaya Yaba in Lagos not Ogun state. You probably mistaken "Ogun" the name of one of Yoruba's deities as Ogun state.

I don't know where this country turning to, evil ritualist encompass the nation. Last time i heard - it was dogs used as sacrifice for their so called "Ogun" never knew that they have now upgraded to using humans.
