HOPELESS IDIOTS. THIS COUNTRY WILL REMAIN A 3RD WORLD BACKWATER COUNTRY WITH THE CALIBRE OF PRIMTIIVE MINDED PEOPLE WE HAVE.
Hey Bro cool off. NL is filled with lots of entertainers. grin grin grin Discovery Channel used to air one of my favorite programs; Tank Battles. In one of such they made a feature about the seas, the German U-boats and Bismarck. A survivor of Bismarck made me to realize they started preparing them at age 12 from the barracks. 80% of our military personnel today are just there for lack of job. No patriotism, so when a grandpa announces he wants a submarine to be manned by brain dead officers handpicked as was seen in the recent DSS recruitment it raises a lot of condemnation. The need to maintain our territorial integrity cannot be overemphasized but the calibre of persons currently discharging that task is.. ........... I've followed your write up on the incursion by Chad and Cameroun, are you telling me the tension in the north east is not enough to keep the Air Force on high alert? You for one know we have drones but. When they announced the cost of the flight missions carried out in the NE alone, your dearest friend couldn't talk. There is a need to sanitize the system and stop all inflated defense budget and cost of operation. A submarine is a whole new game altogether. No offense to naval officers in the house but you guys still got the grandpas to contend with.

Leave that propaganda
It's propaganda because it goes against your world view typical. I guess you didn't know even Ghana manufacturers small arms.

What!
.
Will that Submarine kill all the Bokoharam terrorist in the North?
Haba, if dat amount is invested in the military to get them advanced arms and ammunitions, the soldiers won't fear facing the terrorist, but with those old school weapons they are using, I doubt their victory.
.
.
And here u are, requesting for that huge amount for submarine, abeg PACK WELL.
What is being stolen is more than $300m on a yearly basis from Government Revenue !!

Is this a serious question or do you just want attention?
even a ship they cannot properly maintain & ran a ground, not talk of a sub which will b driven in d dark, cold, hostile ocean.driving a sub is without d aid of eyes since u cnt see in dark water cnt they maintain d navigation gadget?i remember some yrs back ,d navy has to hire a german technician frm germany 2 fix a faulty radar just 2 discovered it was impered by common cobwebs which impede their ship frm sailing 4 months.i laugh in chinese.
