lack of capital hinders business growth and it could be very frustrating when you have a supply contract and timeline to deliver.

Its a transparent transaction and a reputable guarantor(a pastor) is available as backup. to be rest assured, we can present a property at a good location in lagos as collateral. it comprises of two units of mini flats with a combined rent of N520,000. this property with the land is worth over N7.5million. I can also add my car as collateral too.

You failed to indicate the tenor. From the day the loan is disbursed to you, how long will it take you to pay back both principal and interest of 20%

And please, desist from including Pastors as your guarantors. Pastors are human beings like you and I. Personally I do not go into a business transaction with anyone who claims to be a pastor.
