The post made me to remember when i was doing Msc there was this my friend from Convenant University. after attending Advanced Transport Phenomena class for 1 week, he told me all our lecturers are saddist just because he has been scoring zero in quizes and assignment. the guy later dropout after first semester when he knew there was no way he can make PHD grade

That's why I would never contemplate a public university for post graduate studies. If I don't jet out of the country i would simply apply to Covenant since these public universities are really not concerned about imparting knowledge but giving a degree on how much they frustrated or stressed you.
