Pls I recently bought a HP elitebook 8740w Intel core i7-M640 laptop. It came with a light at the top of the screen and a fingerprint scanner all in window 7. I have reinstalled windows 10, what app can I use to trigger the fingerprint and also, how do I turn on the light at the top of the screen. Pls help |

otubujohn:Because you formated and installed win 10 some drivers have been lost. There is a driver responsible for the finger print scanner and the top of the screen light. You have to update the drivers. You can get the CD called driver pack or use internet to update. It's a simple procedure, especially if you have installed new O.S on systems severally like me. |
