captleonerd:When a simple arithmetic of 1 + 1 is so difficult for supposedly educated Nigerians to solve then there is no hope for Nigeria. No one is disputing the fact that GEJ had oil windfall during his years as President but his budgets were all less than 5 Trillion. Today what we have as our budget in over 6 Trillion. The implication here is that though GEJ had more revenue PMB administration has more fund to spend. An impartial person will expect the PMB lead APC govt to do more in terms of infrastructure development and others because it has more money to spend. Let us not forget that the budget is not financed by only income from oil but also borrowing. Borrowed fund + Oil revenue in this admin is more than what GEJ got yearly going by the budgets. Disposable income here is our budget figure which what determines what is available to spend. |

southsouthman:you are not smart at all. The price of one kilometer of road in 2011 is the same with one kilometer in 2016 right? If u convert both the 6t and the 3t to dollars at their respective timelines they are the same. See the Olodo calling someone else Olodo. What happened to the heavy defence budget under Jonathan? Where was the excess money going since the budget was small like you claim? Get yourself educated pls |

RoyalUc:Anyone who considers GEJ like Buhari is an idiot and a fool. You are not listening, you are still viewing this from a tribalistic prism....you hate my own, so I hate yours too. We didn't hate Obasanjo, we didn't hate Yaradua , and many more before him because they governed without tribal and religious bigotry. But Buhari has governed as a tribalist, religious fanatic and crass abuser of power. Most importantly he has destroyed this country...everything upside, the country is divided than ever before. |

captleonerd:Mr. Smart, you are very good at exposing your level of reasoning. Your statement implies that things were better in Nigeria during the GEJ era. I think you should commend GEJ for making life bearable during his tenure. If during PMB's era prices of things have skyrocketed then there is something fundamentally wrong with the economics policies of the administration. Please this is not an avenue to insult or name calling but to air our views and opinions. As claimed by you if truly in 2011-2015, construction of a kilometer of road was cheaper then the government deserves commendations and not insults. |

Nigerians can easily be decieved, the same party that they all voted against in favour of Apc is what they are now coming back to support. Smh it seems you guys have forgotten the reason why jonathan was tagged "clueless". its under this same jonathan that many pdp politicians stole from the economy. oh they wlll say the price of dollar then was nice, is it only dollar that will make your life better? pdp squandered Nigeria's money. when sanusi raised alarm over missing $20million, ur clueless jonathan had him removed even before his tenure expired. Apc isnt any better aswell |

adebayo3449:While the likes of Lai Mohammed enjoyed the use of social media to critize and insult Jonathan, who knew there skin is not even tough enough to withstand or resist criticism and insult, I remember them uploading a pic of there media center in 2015 where lot of youths were sited in front of computers deseminating propanganda info, hate speeches and insults to jona, them they monitor everything now, be careful guys |

southsouthman:things were better definitely but I guess u are not smart enough to know why. I was earning 110naira and living a good life then my salary gets slashed to 50naira. Things will definitely be tougher. Jonathan wasted the large revenue he had when oil was 110. Now oil is 50 and the government is struggling to stay afloat. What do you want buhari to do? Shit forex out of his as$? Get yourself educated pls |

sukkot:How can you be a goat, and be useless at the same time? ![]() Choose a struggle na! People of south-East wants Biafra south-south wants resource control middlebelt wants to carve their own seperate identity Hausa-Fulanis wants constant political power and domination over others in one Nigeria. The big question is,what does the yorubas really want? The same Fulani herdsmen have been hunting Yorubas for sport for decades, and they don't even consider Yoruba Muslims as equals but inferior beings! And fellow beings like you dare not counter, vent your anger or even put up such scrap as you posted above about them! Indeed Yorubas have always maintained a deafening silence. It's so pathetic that Yorubas would instead look for the Igbos to accuse! |

captleonerd:Which dwindling resources? Wisdom to lead is more important than money. Obasanjo had it worse in 2006/2007. Oil sold for 19usd/barrel. Buhari does not have the wisdom to lead and he's too arrogant to listen to sound advise plus his tribal /religious bigotry add that to his opaque leadership style. If he fails it will not be because nigeria is poor. It will be the poverty of common sense. After taking over, instead of bringing the nation together he immediately started threatening Niger delta youths and they blew up pipelines which brough down the little revenue coming in. That is in addition to the most conspicuous nepotic appointments in Nigerian history. Other regions so not matter. Next he swept TSA find from all banks At once. Jonathan started TSA but did you ask yourself why he decided to implement it in phases? Bank's lost their deposit base, bankers were sacked in droves, unemployment increased. Next he imprisoned Nnamdi kanu instead of ignoring. And that intensified agitation for Biafra till date. The much touted fight against corruption is yet to indict or sentence anybody. Saraki has been discharged. All the recovered loot are mere figures on pages of newspaper and he still wanted to borrow 30billion. Thesame man who said he will fix the health sector and will never travel abroad for treatment has spent over 5months in thesame UK where he gave the speech. Till today tax payers so not know what is wrong with him. Buhari rose to power exploiting the power of social media. Now he wants to silence Nigerians in the name of hate speeches. What about his statement that baboons will soak in blood in 2011?? After he lost alot of southerners were killed in the north. The blood of the innocent is crying for vengeance. Thesame man made the 97% 5% speech. He asked yaradua to disclose his health status or resign in 2010. What can't he take his own advice Now? Fulani herdsmen went on killing spree for months. He never came out to condemn them. Instead he wants states to surrender their land. Always intimidating natives with military men. What about southern Kaduna killing? I refuse to applaud a man who thinks nigeria is a personal property of one section of the country What goes around comes around IPOB is worth a mention in his 4mins speech but arewa youth who issued quit notice deserve commendation. A man that was rushed back to save face is resting at home in the name of office renovation and rat infestation. There is nothing hidden under the sun that will not be manifest in due time. There is no space to type all the poor decisions this administration has made That led nigeria into artificial recession and hyperinflation (over 16% as at today) Any attempt to silence Nigerians will be the last straw that will break the Camel's back I can assure you. Tell your Demi god to turn a new leaf Now when he has the opportunity. |

ELKHALIFAISIS:we just want nigeria to be one big happy family with no corruption, nepotism, tribalism, and all the isms that destroy it. thats all we want. and we are wise enough to know these problems will not disappear just because you divide the country. you will simply have smaller countries doing the same thing all over again. we afonja preach a total overhaul of the mindset of every nigerian. we preach self control and morality. only this way can we all grow and be happy. thats what afonja wants. lol @ how can you be a goat and useless at the same time. ![]() |

sukkot:does it mean you can't survive without the Igbo's why are u scare , why do u guys always freak out each time biafran is mentioned, are you afraid of Hausa/Fulani dominance if Igbo's Leave are you afraid of successful Neighbour are you afraid of losing ur bread winners are you afraid of expelling you from Lagos The way abiola was killed and ige murdered should open the eyes of the yorubas that this country is not for them as the elements in the north saying yorubas are noboday anyone rear his head must be killed. With all opened evidence yoruba still running after the norths blindly The question is who would present himself as the leader of Yoruba?the trio of Abiola, Obasanjo and Babangida are common criminals; they are birds of the same feathers that flocked together for over 30 years. Any wonder, why Babangida still walks Minna Streets unscattered, let alone walks Nigeria Streets and Cities with his looted wealth unabashed.... now tell me why are you afraid of division ![]() |

ELKHALIFAISIS:if anything the only tribe benefitting from this one nigeria is igbo. you guys dont produce enough food, you have no resources. you have nothing to bring to the table. if there is one tribe that should be fighting for one nigeria it is the igbo because without nigeria you will starve to death as witnessed in the biafran war. when other parts of the country decided not to feed you people you all starved to death. so you better get on your knees and beg afonja master and fulani master not to give you biafra. do you want to starve ? |

sukkot:we don't have all those things, why not support Biafran and stop crying more than the bereaved, You Yorubas are the only group most pained by Biafra exit, why. if we can survive after Awolowo 20£ handout and come back after 10yrs to reclaim Lagos and others , I'm certain we can do better ,The Igbo man is dominating the entire world and has left the Nigeria behind long ago. He is an all-round global player and seeks international jobs and offers across the world in the global contest, like in the United Nations organisations, the World Bank, the IMF, the Commonwealth, etc where he is appreciated and appraised Nigeria is doomed and under a curse, and therefore needs to make atonement, restitution and seek forgiveness from the Igbo man. Hausa-Fulani-Yoruba should bury their faces in shame,.. please be open minded and tell me your fear of losing Igbo's |

ELKHALIFAISIS:see, us yoruba are humanitarians. we know the whole igbo population is around 30 million. just because 10,000 of that 30 million are on this suicide mission of biafra does not mean yoruba will turn our back on the remaining 29 million who have sense. we know if we give you biafra then all 30 million of you will starve to death because of the myopic suicide mission of 10,000 pugnacious bellicose ipad yoofs. so we will not give you this biafra because we dont want you to take innocent igbos on a road of destruction with you. it is our duty as the oldest and the most established tribe in nigeria to have a paternal control over everybody and we the afonja will not allow you to take innocent igbos on a suicide mission of starvation . we simply will not |
