You can browse how to prepare it online. I soak everything overnight before blending(coconut, dabino, tiger nuts) to make it softer, don't trust my blender.

I'm soooo trying this, LO will be 3 months in few days time and I haven't opened panyint for dh...don't know who stole my libido ,if he starts looking at me with his 'konjified 'eyes ehn ,I'll start feigning sickness. I'm beginning to pity the guy

Well if you have a blender, you can use it to remove the skin from the beans after soaking for like 2mins, then blender for like 2mins probably don't use the puree button on the blender. You then remove from blender (the aim is to separate the skin from the beans not to actually blend to puree) you keep pouring water and draining out the skin until it's clean.
Then it's back into the blender with other ingredients and you can now blend to puree.

That's how I made breakfast. But I think when you are making in large quantity it might look more stressful though

I have only had low pcv 23% and malaria. I didnt have thyphoid. My doctor made sure i received 2 pints of blood immediately. Since then i have been very agile. No malaria again sef and pcv rose to 36%. Hope you dont feel dizzy and have headache?

Thanks alot for your response. I don't feel dizzy. Initially I was feeling headache but the nurse said it was as a result of the typhoid. For blood transfusion, I Actually discussed that with my nurse but she said I should buy De-Deon's Hemoglobin B12 blood tonic.
