This Will Be The Fate of Gov. Obiano If Found Guilty of Killing of IPOB Members in a case filed in US by US attorneys. I pity Obiano. If the judge rules that he is guilty which is likely as these powerful attorneys will not take up on this case if they were not sure of victory, he will be made to pay both punitive(sentence) and compensatory damages. The latter he can never escape as his house and investments in Texas worth over $500 million will be confiscated and sold by the state, the proceeds used to pay damages to IPOB, state taxes and legal fees. He will not escape this...he may escape the sentence by not visiting US again like Atiku Abubakar but will never escape the compensatory damages.

You should worry more about those who are currently on trial for treason.

"investments" not residential building. He owns several shopping strip centers that I know of. 5 in Dallas, 3 in San Antonio, 9 in Houston and 3 in Austin, worh over $250 million. Adding up commercial stand alone builings he owns and rents to Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Chase and Usbank. He also owns student housing at UT- Austin, Praire View, and other colleges.
