In an era of renewable in power, the genetic modified product to speed up the production and boost production.
There will be no reason to hang up on the primitive legal tender ...money, because we can't manage money above risk, no matter how clever we are;
people were jobless not because nobody need there job but there is no money to hire them, the artisan is jobless not because nobody need their expertis but people didn't have money to pay them, government have a lots of job to get more labour for but they can't hire because of money, likewise the traders didnt have patronage because of money not because there is nobody who wants their commodities,
etc
To boost the world GNP we must adopt time tender because anybody will work at its wishes for his earning.
There will be more workers than before, and the out put would be increased, that is an increase in labour, also an increase in time labour from 8hrs today, may be to 12hrs or above.
Because time is renewable every 24hrs and anybody will uses his own to earn more earning.
you can run out of money but you can't run out of time every day.
Every nation has it's own capacity of time according to their population, it's only left on how each exploit it's own time.
eg. Nigeria with about 200,000,000, will has 200,000,000 x 24/day

good, money hand-cuff the development of any nation, where as we have renewable time every 24 hours, and time is persistent to everthing in life including economy but money is not!
Let say you can devoted 3 hrs for government service and government without money pays you a coupon, and when you need the public service latter you pay with the coupon you earn, what is the burden then?
you can with your coupon earn and the coupon is used to settled any services produced by the government.
electricity bills, taxes an duties and petrol!
