Who is talking about Nigeria suing. I am talking about Nigeria prosecuting a case against the US army and government in a case where the plaintiffs are victims.

What is stopping Nigerian lawyers from proceeding to the Middle East and getting the necessary evidences and witness statements and return to Nigeria to file a suit before a court in Kano.

Isn't that the same scenario with the US lawyers?

It is the USA that will get tired when lawsuits start springing up all over the world against the government.

An injured party in the MiddleEast have to retain a Nigerian lawyer for him/her to be able to do that and yes, it can be done.

However, like I have previously indicated US settles affected parties on the side on a daily bases and as such, it will be difficult to get a truly injured client.

BTW, there are countless human right violation suits against the US all over the world, but they don't usually see the light of the day, plus host countries from where individuals instituted these claimed are pressured to strike them out.
