And secondly is he going to be notified of someone else trying to link same application

I would advice you to ask that your agent for the form he filled on your behalf and for the documents he used. This is to be on the safer side because most agents have ruined many chances.

Have you been in touch with the Program Coordinator of your department before now? And what Program did you put in for?

But, many people came for my head, cursing the hell out of me, as if I committed Rape and murder to a 6 months old child.
The said I wasn't supposed to mail them, that I will look to desperate
The said we are not advised to mail IRCC, till the 15 weeks duration for Study visa processing is over (I knew this already though)
Some people were more worried about my application than myself , telling me that my own don finish, you know Nairalanders

FYI, I mailed IRCC over 4 weeks ago - No response since, I'm just getting a medical request Mail - TODAY
I can't say whether it's based on my mail or the just decided the need my medical tests now!

Some People think I'm arrogant or ignorant, but I do things differently, and I mostly get a positive result.

I will not advise you to mail them or Not.

Yahweh has glorifed his name .I give all glory to GOD that i am here to celebrate with my TRV applicants , hopefuls
and to encourage those who were delayed. I know exactly where i was this same time last year, on my birthday
i received that sad mail that my application was refused due to the reasons :

1. insufficient funds
2. Home ties ,personal assests

Then help came along - I discovered this forum , and read through the relevant contributions from veterans like @maziude, @canadianurse , @Austinpee4 @Osemigho @SURGEE
guys you rock ,thanks for your invaluable insight and help.

For guys that were delayed - dont wait start early order your gcms notes . dont rush to re-apply instead think like the VO and ask yourself all the questions that you think may invalidate your application . Your application needs to be watertight to be eligible. You need to convince the VO to see your application as inalienable . Dont see your application from your eyes alone seek help as early as possible -Prov 15:22 'Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisers they succeed' .


Timestamp :

May 19 - Submitted application ( paper route)
August 10 - medical notification received
August 15 - Medical passed
August 28 - study permit approval mail received

Next awaiting delivery of passport .don't know how long this takes before it arrives at the VFS office in Lagos.

• Diamond bank account balance N5,000,000.00
• Statement of purpose : details on academic/work experice , why PGD/MAsters/PHD , why this university , what are your plans on graduation ,

• Letter of introduction from Employer ( pay slips ,tax clearance ) done
• Sponsorship letter from Uncle. done
• Detail letter explaining how you have addressed the Reasons for denial in first application. (very important )
• Sworn affidavit from sponsor stating relationship as father.
• Study leave application and approval letters ( from employer) .
• Professional reference letter addressed to VO.
• Co-Sponsors account statement -Father.
• Letter of sponsorship addressed to VO.
• Birth certificate of siblings
• Police certificate
• Tuition fee payment 1 year
• Landed property of Father

Your mail may not have done the magic but remember they didn't reply your mail based on the information you gave above. Mind you there was a clause in the auto reply you sent which states that
"We will review your message shortly. If the information requested is available on our websites or your application is still within standard processing times, we will not provide a response to your message" if am not mistaken.

Those that you said came for your head are not wrong and you that sent the mail isn't wrong either. Everything is a matter of choice and they only advised you based on their reasoning.

But we thank God it's coming out a success.

Congrats dear. Its 100% sure you will get your visa. A visa officer can't delay you for this long, send you medical mail and still refuse you. Am very happy for you. I respect your faith.
