I agree with your point, this is journalist insanity. This same journalists will complain bitterly about corruption in Nigeria, forgetting this is another corruption. They are always trying hard to force people to read their write up using defective caption. Bullshit journalism.

My opinion though:
The VP should be given a break. ASUU strike imbroglio should be handled by the President. The VP becomes the fall guy if he fails while negotiating while the President takes the credit if he suceeds. President is still fresh let him take the kicking from ASUU but me think the instruction to lead by VP was not from the President.
