OP you're being economical with the truth.

I've been to Kebbi State several times (worked there at a point in time) and he once came to a carwash I was having my car cleaned and gisted with some people, when he left, I was told his story.

He actually is deformed (hands and legs) and is from the poorest area in the state capital. That didn't stop his drive to dress up in suits and yes he has over a hundred suits (he tags dates he uses his clothes and goes up to 4 months before using a set for the second time).

People that were impressed by his charisma and confidence in spite of his deformity and poor economic conditions are the ones that coined him "baban wanka" as a warm gesture.

Same people buy him gifts of suits etc which aid him in keeping his status as "baban wanka"
