Go to Jamb office to complain , I think there's a form for it on your jamb portal (if you have one) Changing of informations form is like 2,500. Don't panic bro , it can be rectified.

Nursing
Anatomy
Phsyiology
Public health et all before it's too late. If you an indigene, you have a better chance to be admitted for the most competitive one (Nursing).
