Hello Fams! I will like to know the differences and similarities between mathematics and statistics, as i'm planning to put in for either of the two in jamb. i want to know about the job prospects in nigeria and around the world, possible master's scholarship overseas, career prospects and areas one can dive in, in future. Also i will like to know which of these is more difficult to study. Thanks |

Statistics is a subset of Mathematics. In other words statistics is just a branch of Mathematics. I don't know about job prospects. |
