Okigwe is a different LGA from Orlu. Banana Junction is in Orlu.

Orlu has produced 3 two-term governors so it'd be a big shame to find reddish sand around most parts. Owerri is even more beautiful.

Not sure if I will live there though .. my mums part kinda like the village part so not like owerri d city

To undermine Orlu's development totally, but make Owerri a Dubai of Africa, appears to be reason that made the present Imo governor, Rochas Okorocha, contest election in 2011. And he achieved his aim.

The present governor is from Ideato South lga near Orlu.
