President Trump wins big on DACA, Scraps program, refers it to the Legislature for a permanent fix.
This is a smart move by Trump, doing what Obama should have done in the first place -working with Congress. He could have ended it with a stroke of a pen but chose the honourable path. Good of him.

Why did Texas threatened to go to court through a letter sent to Trump after he was elected if he didn't rescind it? In My opinion a child brought to America and has lived in America since 1-2yrs till 18yrs and above is more American than the child born in America and taken away to grow up elsewhere. Now returned at 20 to come and live, vote and decide for a country he/she barely knows about.

These kids brought from say Mexico by their parents when they were infants some of them dont even know anything about Mexico, All they know is America and they should be allowed to stay
