I'm tempted because i saw olayinkajnr's comment on this thread. he's the only one I'm sure of that isn't a marketer here.I'd rather get a Snapdragon device next, MTK always start to act up after sometime. I'd just save for a xiaomi device maybe.

MTK devices ain't bad. It depends though. Out of all the most common MTK devices (Gionee, Tecno and/or infinix), I'll advise Gionee and Infinix.

But the best is for you to save up for a Xiaomi device or other Snapdragon devices

It depends on usage. Heavy usage won't give you up to that 15hrs. But with mild usage I get more than that.
