I was surprised to see this (condom dispenser) in a Kenya bank's toilet . However, my Kenyan friends said it is everywhere. I think it is high time we have this in many of our companies here in Nigeria .

I think of it as promoting safer sex amongst Y/A.....cool

They have identified there problems,we should work on ours too.

If we should ever start that in Naija, ohh u all will be surprised no condoms will be found there because: 1) Naija men already knows how to dispose it very well without trace ....2) the rate at which people will be monitoring that place like a monitoring mirror will make everybody change their mind of never dropping it there ...3) if the monitoring agents ever catch u doing that, the news will even get home before you ... all hail Naija

Since they can't control Promiscuity, they are trying to curb HIV/AIDS and other STDs, I don't blame them o.
