its preventing STD's. people always have sex regardless. In south africa free condoms are everywhere. public toilets, buses, supermarket entrances, malls. its a good thing.

Condom dispenser isnt new even in 9ja. Most multinational & larger companies have them in their toilets, so to me its not anything new. Yes people take alot from it but its always refilled.

It is not new, many Military hospitals have it here in Nigeria. It is called condom box here, just pick it free. Its a way of reducing STD among personnel-i think.

The world has gradually moved from abstinence to safe sex; (use of condoms, contraceptive, preventing STis & STds, and use of abortifacient) there by promoting premarital sex and adultery in our community.
