Condom dispenser isnt new even in 9ja. Most multinational & larger companies have them in their toilets, so to me its not anything new. Yes people take alot from it but its always refilled. |

It is not new, many Military hospitals have it here in Nigeria. It is called condom box here, just pick it free. Its a way of reducing STD among personnel-i think. |
