As you can see in the map below, the source (beginning) of the River Niger is in Guinea. It then flows through Mali, Niger, Benin and Nigeria before it empties into the Atlantic Ocean. There is currently flooding in Mali and Niger. Niger Republic is therefore warning countries further down river that the flood waters are coming towards them on its way to the ocean.

Wedding is not about where but who is involved. If the parents of both parties involved have agreed, bride price paid and there are witnesses.... Other factor(church, court, home, field etc) are not so important. Even the parents of Jesus didn't do church wedding. As long as u pay the bride price and the parents also agree u r wedded.
