Haven't been to Sterling Bank before but I have been to First Bank. You'll just be interviewed by maybe 3 people. Normal interview questions and then maybe a simple logical question that involves the post you're to occupy

It's A Sales Executive job, where you are to sell bank products (various bank accounts) to customers. You will have a monthly target of 60 accounts(or 15 accounts per week), with N2-5m to be raised within the month. You will also be on a fixed salary and a commission.

Note that your fixed salary ranges from N30,000- N40,000 depending on the bank, and that SOL takes a portion of it each month (about 10% of your pay). Your commission is also about N2,500/N3,000 per million you get for the bank.

Once you sign on, you will undergo a training at SOL concerning how to sell more effectively and efficiently too. The interview is not a big deal, infact they need you more than you need them. So no need for worries or fear.

Lastly if you have nothing doing, you should sign for this program immediately, a cousin of mine started out with them and is now a full staff. The program helps you meet people, makes you a better salesperson, and sets you on a right career path for the future.

You can head to their Obalande office with your cv and original certificates, telling them you are interested in a sales executive job, they should put you through.

It's opposite Ghana High restaurant, off king George V way, Onikan. When you get to onikan,just ask for how to get to Ghana High Restaurant, and ask for SOL, its the old storey building opposite, they're on the third floor.
