Sometimes, even those who does not worth it take me for granted probably because I do not feel bossy. Naturally, I never really feel I am different from them just cos things have changed ( I was there before) BUT people are taking me for granted.

I actually understand, BUT i do not want to intimidate anybody just cos I am privileged

it just depends on how you want to see things, fear is not respect. acting bossy might make people fear you but doesn't mean they respect you. True respect is earned. and from the way you wrote, seems like you look down on people and expect some kind of special treatment because you feel you are better.
if that's the case, the only way you can feel respected is to act bossy

There are positions you will see yourself, you will have no other options than to be bossy, if you are not bossy, none of them will take you serious but don't overdo it.

Being firm, plain, taking your stand to ensure what needs to be done is done is not being bossy but being responsible!

Just keep being responsible without being bossy!

Strangers with perception,.. I actually have no problem with that. Old friends/Envious people could denied( personal reason just cos they never expected it)

Personally " You" know your worth. But necessary for you to show it.

Well, you've got to learn to put your feet down where required and be totally nice where needed as well. Good cop and bad cop are two cops a leader can't do without. You've got to step up your game...otherwise OYO becomes your case.

Sometimes you need to start acting bossy to command people respect.

Be rude and watch them sit up but don't over do it..

Just cos you know your worth doesn't mean you should brag about it. BUT some things are irritating. Not necessary you act/ respond to it.

My dad has never beaten me before and yet Ive never disrespected him, however my friends that were caned from morning to night are now the ones blasting their parents up and down.
