did u read the caption to the photo?... If you did ...what inspired "stupidity at its peak" cause clearly they were shielding the ATM's screen from the sun to enhance the Brightness and improve visibility

Not surprised at all. When you go to withdraw around 9-11am, you have to look at the ATM screen closer like an albino grin

It makes sense. I’ve tried to use an ATM which the screen was faint like sun beaten car paint. If not for others at my disposal I may have tried the same. For all we know it was the bank’s security guard who provided that cloth being used.
