I may not be able to teach you on a one-on-one class at the moment but with what I'll be teaching here, you'll be able to grasp the concept of developing an SMS enabled Joomla site and also sell other products in the same site.

An SMS site for 10k may just mean giving out an already developed site that several others are using for you to just input your business name and start working. You may have little control on the look and feel of the site if you're not skilled in a programming language that was used in developing that site.

your database username and password is wrong
u ve forgotten what you used when creating it in the beginning before getting to that stage ?
it's always something like username is admin then the password u use during set up

if you mean you have trouble downloading joomla, I had that too. It was telling me “forbidden“. What I did was that I registered with the site first after which I activated my account via the email they sent to me. Then I went back to downloading and everything went smoothly afterwards.
