Its either the country is restructured or IPOB wins...

In the beginning, I never supported Biafra. But since I was born, up till now Nigeria remains the same. The old cargos ruling this great nation have vehemently refused to do the needful because of selfish interest.

GOD BLESS NNAMDI KANU

GOD BLESS AND PROTECT THE IGOBS. AMEN

I am an afonja and not happy with the status quo. the IPOB are just the necessary spark that would begin a chain of reaction in Nigeria. but sadly people must die. people gave their lives in the world wars and the unborn den are better off than if Hilter won. we cannot continue like this. the only language nigeria understands is violence and it seems IPOB don ready for them
Re: Army To Begin ‘Exercise Egwu Eke’ II In Abia, Anambra, Enugu On Friday by Dottore:
Why haven't the FG deployed soldiers to northern states where Irate youths, hostile religious fanatics and menacing herdsmen originate from.
I am not Nnamdi Kanu's fan but in my opinion I'd say that the FG is inadvertently making the guy a hero as stories about his activities or anything that concerns him make headlines in every news source. Even people that hate the guy And what he is fighting for are drunk with stories about him. They can't resist making input whenever his issue arises.

His cravings have suddenly turned to an ideology and judging from historical evidence or rather facts, it's difficult if not impossible to end certain ideologies with military might or intimidation. Military suppression can only bring a temporary relief. Especially when you are dealing with people who are largely seen as unarmed and defenseless. Dialogue would have achieved much easily and on a long term.

My humble opinion though
...the difference between Boko Haram and iPOB is that Boko Haram is armed and violent and were mindlessly abducting students, raiding and killing innocent civilians whereas IPOB is widely seen as non violent even despite glaring provocations. IPOB detainees are seen as prisoners of conscience rather than lawbreakers especially hen compared with Boko Haram.

The Non violent approach that IPOB preaches despite countless intimidations is making their popularity spread like wildfire. Can't you see that they have gained a positive recognition of Ohaneze Ndigbo and the attention of South Eastern Governors. can't you see that South Eastern NASS members are showing sympathy without knowing it by calling for demilitarising of SE. They are waiting for who will bell the cat.
This is exactly what happened to early Christians. They were unarmed and non violent despite intimidations, maimings and killings. Did the suppression stop the spread of Christianity? Capital No.

Christianity still stands the test of time and those that paid the price with their lives are highly revered martyrs

The army cannot intimidate the people to submission, they can continue dancing for all we care it will only strengthen our resolve ,we know the Nigerian govt is only trying to provoke the south east people to carry guns but we will not ,we will continue to ask for referendum legitimately as recognized all over the world .
Militarizing the peaceful southeast against unharmed people is the height of foolishness, even if you arrest Nnamdi KANU today there are a million Nnamdi KANU home and abroad ,he is just doing the wish of the people.

You can't ask for restructuring and secession at the same time.

If you want restructuring then your narrative has to be that. You can't restructure this country through hate speech and violence under the guise of secession.

The IPOB approach towards secession will only lead to more deaths in the East. You can't secede without a bloody civil war in Africa. Africa is not Europe or America!
