Good morning brothers and sisters ..please my menu button on my tecno camon c9 just stopped working now .what can I do please..I mean the 3 touch icons at the bottom of the phone..the small square O and the < touch.the phone will be a year on October 12 I don't have money to even repair now ..please,what can I do to rectify the abnormality?any steps to be taken?na God a take beg una !!

Hello @OMOTOWO That's a touchpad issue; Your phone is still within the stipulated warranty period [13 months]. Visit the Carlcare Service Centre closest to you for assistance. Long as the device has no physical damage, it'll be fixed free of charge. can't find any carlcare app on the phone and can't find any too on play store .pls ep me.I am in Lagos .send me one close to berger. Ojodu pls

hello bro, were you able to fix the issue with your phone? have a friend whose tecno pad just developed the same problem with the menu button
