Just open your Dream League, go to game settings, click on advanced settings ,under graphics reduce to 30 and set the graphics to medium.

it has been tried,tested and trusted!!

Enter the game and click options

Click on game settings

Click on advanced settings

Click on graphics

Reduce to 30 and set it on minimum

This should help the dream league soccer on your camon device run smoothly

I am very sure that if I play a this game on my NomiN X5 it won't lag even with the highest frame rate!!!
Even Pubg runs smoothly on high graphics!! Kudos to Nokia..
