Information reaching the PoliticsNGR news desk reveal alleges that officers of the Nigerian army are currently firing gunshots around the residence of IPOB leader Nnamdi Kanu.

According to an eyewitness, Somto Okonkwo, the soldiers were firing sporadically. Below is a video from the scene.
