Indeed he said so, and the video is a record to be viewed by all the civilised countries and international state unions. How can a man currently enjoying bail, threaten to march 2million of his supporters to the court case that will review his bail within the legal framework, then command them under oath that if he his legally arrested, they should burn down the country?
