They know Nigerians very well. The same people that reinstated him,helped him to escape,because they know after 2-3days a new scandal or story emerges or they concoct one,then Maina is forgotten.In a year or two he would have been repackaged as a hero by paid placard carrying youths and elders,then he loudly or quietly returns. It's a proven strategy that hasn't failed,as long as there is some powerful govt supporting you. I don't see it failing in Maina's case particularly when he has the solid backing of the cabal. |
