its unfortunate, the truth is they only don't listen because the cabals are benefiting from that which is demanded to be changed, their are influential people and families across tribes including igbo who have a lot to loose in both investment, secrets accests scattered across the country, that's why nothing works here, that's why the parliament who suppose to issue a single bill can't, you can't see a single lawmaker just attempt to change status quo.
