Hmm! many waters have passed under the bridge but I bless God's for His sufficient grace upon my life, it can only be God. I'm six years in marriage, done three hsg, myomectomy, countless HVS, scans and lot more......, not to mention various drugs, injections and herbs.
In all, I give God all the glory because only the living can TTC, though it may tarry but God's promise will surely come to pass.
I'm a happy woman though I still soak my pillow with tears sometimes but it has never deterred me from having good relationship with people and this has made so many persons not to know I'm waiting for Ayomide.

My ears has heard plenty from friends, I learnt to keep to myself, my roommates in the uni.are all bless with children, one of them gave birth in America and I went to congratulate her on her arrival in Nigeria, she brush my greetings aside and told me to my face, what experience do I have in child bearing, I should allow those that knows to carry her baby, so many side talks and insult, this is my very close friend oo, I don't let it bother me, my Bible tells me that am a fruitful vine, I learnt to move on and keep such friend away from my life, I don't need additional sorrows in my life. I pray the good Lord remember us all.

Still on the subject of deserters and ttc matters, lemme share my own experience. My cousin was ttc too. My mum and I prayed a lot for her because she had several miscarriages. Finally she got pregnant, and this time around did not share with anyone. My mum was a bit hurt and was like is she scared of me too?

But I was very much in support of her decision and by the time I explained to my mum, she understood.
I told my mum, "it's not you she's afraid of. She had to keep it a secret from everyone because sometimes in our joy, we may share with diabolical people unknowingly.

Maybe that's what worked for her because she had a safe delivery. I don't know for sure, but maybe keeping her secret helped.

The PID can affect the HSG result. Its entirely different. If you do vaginal swab test they will be able to tell you the exact infection you have and also drugs that you can use. I was prescribed ciprofloxacin tablet one tablet twice daily for a week and it worked like magic. Dh must use too . My small contribution.

You don't have to take all insults to heart, just shrug it off and don't be bothered about what they say. The truth is many people will (intentionally or unintentionally) hurt you but don't let it get to you. Someone once told me jokingly that I did family planning when my mates are birthing beautiful kids, I just act like I didn't hear, I didn't let it get to me, I know that's their way of reminding God, and He shall visit us real soon.

This reminds me inlaws, parents friends and family that puts pressure on GTC women, like they need the children more or can ever love the children more than GTC mamas.

They just believe they have the solution to everything and expect you to come and be crying to them. Some even say fulish things like it is because you have done abortion that is why you cannot get pregnant, i then ask so what happens to vi.rgins that are TTC, or those that were ignorant and go on to have numerous children.

Ignorance is a terrible thing.

Na the same thing we dey talk na, e no possible it may just be one or 2days in a month that u may not focus on it, not that it won't cross your mind in those 1 or 2 days sef, just that you will not dwell on it.

Attimes when I want to give myself a break, I wont just register AF date on my apps, (emphasis on appS) but na lie, at the end of the day na me go still carry calendar turn mathematician on top calculating cycle dates.

For example, I can bet no mama will not get 100/100 if give this question

My point is, it's better to make excuses for people. When I'm hurt I tell myself, "Cuppy, people are not suspicious of you because they want to be. It's because of the way they met the world, the whole world lies in cruelty. Many people have been destroyed by those closest to them. So you can't blame people when they're suspicious. How do you expect them to know the real thoughts of a person's heart? Only God truly knows your heart."

My philosophy of life is this: "It's normal for people to hurt me, sometimes unintentionally or not. My duty is to train myself to love them and not be easily offended."

What has inspired this philosophy:
the teaching by Jesus that offences must come, but you are blessed when you choose not to be offended;

Another thing is, the world does not revolve around me. Everyone shouldn't be sad just because I'm temporarily going through a trial. Just because mine haven't come yet doesn't mean that someone should not gush about their baby where I am. And it's natural for them to get carried away by the stress of motherhood so much that they forget to say "hi".

In all things, rejoice with them that rejoice, mourn with them that mourn.

In bayelsa here Na so my neighbor after judging my TTC life.....came to me n said pls "ooo nor vex am pregnant how do I remove it you know say seriake nor dey pay no salary for my husband and I nor know how this one take enter" mind u she has 5kids oooo and she forms holier than thou if I make up she go preach if I wear thigh fitted cloth she go preach......I saw it as a test ooooo.....I said " its a blessing if you really didn't want it u would have used protection but since u really want to remove it go n buy pregnacare plus but nurse fit know say u wan pull d belle so gimme d money lemme go and buy it codedly nor even tell ur hubby o so that he nor go vex ( well she's not lenient so it was easy) na so I write am for paper she go buy she said no lemme help her, so i did nd last week i told her he go fall in 4 weeks time when she finsh d pack, with my calculation and her LMP she was 2 months gone by the time she go realise say I do her wayo and come complain she wud be 3months then I would council her not to abort that she might risk dieing hahaha

Talking about sidetalks...people that know me very well know that I don't even care what people say..Na my cousins wan turn womb watchers for my head ooo..Everytime they see me,they keep asking what we are waiting for..One of them had to effrontery to tell me that if my husband is not performing,I should tell him..that he knows what herbal drugs to give..the eye wey I look am that dey ehh..he has not recovered from it..I had to collectively warn them to stop womb watching me..
Or is it,My sister inlaw that took in and didn't tell me and was avoiding my calls..but guess what on the day she put to bed I was the only one available to stay with her at the hospital...My back still aches from sitting on a chair all night till morning..but then..She was surprised to see me when she was being wheeled out of the operating room...but Na God I do am for..

Hello Mamas and Papas.
It will be sinful of me not share my experience after all I have gained as a silent reader on the thread and Nairaland in General. I know that it will help both active and silent readers ( like me ).

Most of the mamas here say their husbands are reluctant with ttc things but mine was the reverse. Fortunately or unfortunately, medical test pointed more to a Male factor. The positive side of this was that the burden of research and action was on me without necessarily waiting for my sweet heart, while praying to God Almighty to finish the work .

Our journey started Three years ago. After a year of not even a conception, we knew there was a problem. First Lab test showed that we had some infections and some anti-biotics were prescribed by the lab guy. My Wife's cleared after the dosage from our first visit to the Lab, but mine persisted even to the third lab visit and third drug prescription from the lab.

At this point, I opted for trado-mediacal after I heard a believable testimony on a radio program of one Olamiyinka Trado hospital. On getting there She requested for the lab test and prescribed her herbs accordingly. Herbs were expensive but we tried all the same. The herbs seemed to have worked in clearing the infection. I tested in a different lab after taking her prescription and all infections were cleared from the result. I want to safely assume it was her herbs and not the lab I changed that resulted to the positive result. I have also done several tests in various other Labs and have been clear of infection since then. She also did give us some herbs that should help in quick conception. The herbs did not work and were expensive.

We finally booked an appointment with the Medical Doctor who is also the founder of Park Land Hospital, Surulere. After prescribed medical tests he confirmed my DW to be fine, while I would need some boost based on my SFA result. He also prescribed Letrazole for DW to be used for three cycles and Adyzoe for me He also mentioned that after three cycles my wife should stop taking the Letrazole as He has gotten more testimonies from his patients during this that pause than during the period of medication . I took Addyzoe for two months but my research on Nairaland gave me more confidence with Fertilsan M. I ordered Fertisan M three months pack from Amazon, but did another SFA after two months of Addyzoe. With Addyzoe my count increased from 10 million to 14 million. I however continued with Fertilsan M based on the recommendation from nairaland and I am yet to finish the pack.
I am on the last sachet of the second pack now.

DW didn't know that she is yet to see her period as it usually occurs between CD26 and CD28 . I reminded her and she waved it aside. She finally did the blood test today. It was positive for the first time in three years. Thank God. I received so many prophesies during this period and God confirmed His Word.
