According to reports filtering in from Aba in Abia state, normalcy is gradually returning to the area following the heightened tension between members of the Indigenous People of Biafra IPOB and men of the Nigerian Army for some days now.

A reporter/journalist Linda Osuala who went round Aba town shared photos of the current state as residents including the Hausa community have returned back to their businesses - engaging in normal activities of the day.

The pictures were reportedly taken around the mosque in Aba.
