The video says a second civil war is not necessary and IPOB is campaigning for referendum and not civil war.

IPOB does not call for war yet, they hoist another supposedly sovereign flag in a sovereign nation; established Biafra Secret Service; owns a radio station where hate is being broadcast and calls Nigeria a zoo that will be burnt down and you say that's not a call for war? All those are treasonable offences which come with dare consequences
