Anybody trying to browse porn, will get a response as if the site is unavailable.

Set a DNS on your phone.
Get a DNS changer, then google a list of family friendly DNS ips. Use one of these. Any adult material will be automatically blocked. Get a password app to restrict access to the dns changer

There's this app I'm currently using, dunno the exact name but it acts as a calculator and also as a private app... It hides anything, nobody would even know you've got some stuffs hidden there cos it's just a "calculator"

i got one privacy app called 'privacy knight' it helps hide apps and can be cloned to look like a phone call app, a only a passcode can be used to access it again. Its very effective
