I advice you to be using google chrome as is browsing and setup Gmail account on your phone.

Watch everything his doing through Google activity.

If your internet is really fast, you can setup a live screen remotely between your Android and laptop to watch everything his doing without him knowing your watching

android has kids mode app, but that's if the phone is for kids, else no way. Any browser your relative just types triple x will bring out a lot of those sites. You can block them all

u can't root Samsung phones. Tried severally to root my Samsung note 3 to enable 4G LTE, the phone refuses to install the apk

. If you want a temporary solution. Tell them to do the research for their assignments the old fashioned way. By using a textbook. Or let them research in your presence. For a more permanent solution. Battle the recurring porn visitations

Is like they are matured. Blocking the sites won't work so far they will have their own phones. What i think you should do is to let them know the implications and tell them to give their lives to Jesus Christ.
