The story of "Big men" purportedly arriving to buy these parts is for me ridiculous and a ploy to suggest such primitive measures work.

Actually, if you guys pay attention and "read", you may learn something. She mentioned they didn't give them food that the were giving them "water". What does that tell you? When you want to go for surgery/organ transplant, don't they tell you not to eat before surgery? You are told to drink water. These people are simply in the business of selling organs. The big men referred to, may simply be the people involved in the "black market, organ transfer business"

If you are not aware, this is big business. People with money that need kidney transplants etc are part of this black market. Not everything is for money making schemes. This particualar case is obvious. They were harvesting organs to sell to people who needed transplants.
