Andorra is not a major country, though the kingdom of Andorra existed long ago before the modern state. The population of Andorra is estimated at 85,458 (2014). That is less than 90,000.
Meanwhile, it is said that Spain in also attempting to annex it back to itself.

They are not useless as you think. They are following the law and observing the legal procedure.

If they do, half of what agitators do in Nigeria, you will know they are not uesless, but they will be crushed if they try it.

Nigeria is one of the most tolerant country, when it comes to lawless groups.
