3.According to the Global Terrorism Index (GTI),IPOB is not listed as a Terrorist Organisation ,but the Fulani Herdsmen are listed as the 4th Deadliest Terrorist Organization in the World,it has not been declared as a Terrorist Organisation by the Nigerian Populace!

4.The International Best Practices in Military Engagement ,is the use of Water Cannons ,Rubbers Bullets and Cannisters to disperse an unruly unarmed crowd and not live bullets.

5. Also ,the Nigerian Army , Rules of Engagement as it pertains to the Civil Populace,provides for the Use of Proportionate Force !

6.The current killings of unarmed Igbos by the Nigerian Army is tending towards Crime Against Humanity ,a Crime triable at the International Criminal Court ,at the Hague ,Netherlands!


7. The Same South East Governors that purportedly proscribed IPOB , had a scheduled meeting with Nnamdi Kanu the IPOB Leader, on the Friday the 15th of September, 2017 and Nnamdi Kanu ,called it off, citing security concerns and the Governors ,never condemned the unprovoked killings of their people !

8. The Court that is empowered by law to so declare or tag any organization as terrorist, in March 2017 declared Ipob a lawful organization, as the newspaper below shows:[/b]

Imagine, so this was the reason behind the southeast governors deceptive meetings. They wanted Nnamdi to allow the anambra election hold, and when he will not bend, they with the help of the Federal government plotted this.

If you were to be the governor and somebody wants to pour sand sand to your gari. Who does not want to be a Governor. Even kanu wants to be a Governor or president. What are you going to do as a Governor after you have pleaded with him but kanu refused and said there won't be election in the south east.
After all the governor is a number one chief security officer in a state and he is recognized by law.
Don't blame anybody but blame kanu who is arrogant and full of himself.
