There is hope for those above 30. wear good quality bras, all u need to do is , lift up ur boobs while wearing d bra. your boobs will stay up and elevated . always massage with olive oil. never press down your boobs for any reason. even if a woman is suckling a baby , never press down d breast, don't lift d bra over d breast, always lift d breast over d bra and lift your baby to it. Am a nurse and I know what am talking about.
don't do strenuous exercise like running but u can wear good quality bra that will hold your boobs firmly to ur chest while jogging. some creams do work but have side effects. do exercises that will enable u lift your hands over d head.
