I never said it is right for Buhari to send soldiers to Abia or any other state, what annoys me is that when these same atrocities were being committed by by president Jonathan, you guys were cheerleading and screaming "Jonathan till 2019" After Jonathan lost the elections, the scales then fell from your eyes and were not able to distinguish rights from wrong.

Chief Gani Fawehinmi fought for every one irrespective of tribe, religion or status. He did not cry only when Yorubas were hurt and cheer when it is other tribes.

You guys made it all about Buhari from the very beginning, so anything you guys say now sounds like sour grapes.
In an election, everybody takes side. That is how these things work. Some people were shouting GEJ till 2019 and others were shouting SAI BABA. That I did not vote for you does not mean you should hunt and kill me or does it?

You don't have any evidence of IPOB preaching hatred. Nnamdi Kanu is still being tried in your Nigerian court and the Nigerian government could not prove such
But the Nigeria military killing people is there for all to see. At some point in history, a grand jury will bring justice to the people for this senseless killing that happened in Abia.
Dont make yourself the butt of joke here, kanu's hate speeches with those of his deluded brainwashed miscreants are all over the internet as we speak, google is your friend

Please I have so much respect for Gani Fawehinmi, do not mention his name to defend Buhari.

Your not voting isn't the issue but constituting nuisance is the issue.

The army has the right to deal with anyone who tries to challenge it.
Their job was to go and pick up nnamdi kanu but those brainwashed miscreants stood on their way and what were you expecting? Hugs and kisses?
See him shouting Brazil, if you were in Europe or the US, Wetin go happen?
Is it the duty of the army to arrest a civilian? More so one who was under the authority of the jurisdiction of the court and enjoying bail? What is the procedure for arresting a person who seemingly flouts bail conditions? Is it to reapply to same court that granted bail or sic the military on an individual?

Their job was to pick up Nnamdi Kanu? I thought y'all claimed it was a routine python operation where the Military shows off its force and firepower to civilians and to curb kidnapping? Was NK or IPOB accused of kidnapping? Was there any unrest that had overwhelmed the police and other civilian authority hence the invitation of the Army to arrest him and 'restore' law and order?

Thank you sir, the senselessness of this Abia killing is mind boggling. The hate the Nigerian government have for Ndigbo destroyed there sense of reasoning.

The job of the army is to protect the people and the intergrity of the nation and since IPOB has launched an unlicensed security outfit BSS, it must be treated just like Boko Haram.
As per python dance, this is to check the excesses of Nnamdi kanu and his IPOB miscreants inorder not to subjugate our nation's intergrity

The oil companies operating in the Niger Delta have several security outfits on there payroll (I know because some of my relatives work for them), BSS is an unarmed security outfit, why has the Nigerian government not sent the Army to destroy the oil companies?

Those are registered security outfits monitored by the Nigerian police, who monitors BSS in a sovereign nation like Nigeria?

truthtosinknaij:
This is what the US constitution say

The Constitution of the United States, laws, regulations, policies, and other legal issues limit the use of federal military personnel in domestic support operations. Any Army involvement in civil disturbance operations involves many legal issues requiring comprehensive legal reviews. However, federal forces are authorized for use in civil disturbance operations under certain circumstances.

What circumstances? For the answer we turn to section, 2-8, whose provisions may soon become applicable to Ferguson and/or other municipal regions, should the rioting in the St. Louis suburb escalate further. To wit:

The Constitution of the United States provides two exceptions for which the Posse Comitatus Act does not apply. These exceptions are based upon the inherent right of the U.S. government to ensure the preservation of public order and to carrying out governmental operations within its territorial limits by force, if necessary. These two exceptions are—

Emergency authority. A sudden and unexpected civil disturbance, disaster, or calamity may seriously endanger life and property and disrupt normal governmental functions to such an extent that local authorities cannot control the situation. At such times, the federal government may use military force to prevent the loss of life or wanton destruction of property and to restore government functions and public order. In these circumstances, federal military commanders have the authority, in extraordinary emergency circumstances where prior authorization by the President is impossible and duly constituted local authorities are unable to control the situation, to engage temporarily in activities that are necessary to quell large-scale, unexpected civil disturbances (see DODD 3025.18).
Protection of federal property and functions. When the need for the protection of federal property or federal functions exists, and duly constituted local authorities are unable to, or decline to provide adequate protection, federal action, including the use of military forces, is authorized.
.

EPIC FAIL.
How did you arrive at your 10 million IPOB trash?
I remember telling you that you and Your Buhari are IPOB members.

That using force would promote IPOB and generate more convert

IPOB does not need foreign powers... even that rally in UN is just for entertainment .

Nigeria is on natural self destruction... 2019 would without doubt be explosive.

That aside

How has invading Aba help Nigeria... how have it end Biafra... by withdrawing after wounding Kanu... They should not have acted if it was not going to be conclusive.

Infact it would give IPOB chance and space to retaliate... to turn Nigeria into Somalia..

I told you they would not fight the Army... they would take their time and retaliate with another name, cover and tribe against high profile Northern cabal and politicians.

The war has began... just that the Army have return to their barracks... and they is silence not peace. and the enemy is not defined.

When called upon to do so yes.

Stlye, maybe. But so what? It is the content of our Constitution that is relevant here.

You asked if Buhari committed an impeachable offence by deploying military troops domestically, and answer is no. In fact, he has committed no offence at all, according too the Nigerian Constitution, and the Armed Forces Act of Nigeria.

With all the resources and finance the FG have... with all the connections and links...

Can't the FG legally or civily win Nnamdi Kanu?

At worst can't they take him out silent and covertly...?

Why roll tanks, Fighter Jets, chopper for one unarmed civilian that is was not hiding..?

Why use cutlass to machete a pimple.?

You are asking me where is Nnamdi Kanu... why are you looking for him... If the government have issue with him the should go to court like civilize people .. not killing his dog.

It is an impeachable offense because the military were hunting down and killing people. They were not protecting lives and properties

Stop confusing yourself.

1. The behavior or misbehavior of the military while deployed have no bearing on the President except it can be proven that such occurred on the orders of the president.

2. An impeachable offence is defined by the Constitution. Without making reference to that, you are not relevant.

3. Whether or not there was any such "hunting and killing" is yet to be established in the first place.

Not only those, the Nigerian army came with ICBMs and nukes too. The Nigerian army has the damn right to arrest anyone questioning our sovereignty as a nation, this was what they swore to and actually what they did in Abia.
Go report to ICC, UN if you are aggrieved
