Nigerian army like tge Nigerian government is more or less a terrorist outfit. A country or an organisation without abiding laws that everyone abides by is a rogue outfit. Nigeria is a country where the socalled leaders and those in position in office ,including the police and the army, loots and plunders the country's coffers with utmost impunity without being brought to book.
