Please, who has written their test before?

I haven't written theirs,but I know most of the NGOs during the test interview, will ask you mostly theories like all the terms used in that field(to test your basic knowledge) then the oral will be practical & some HR questions. The HOD of that department will be there to ask you some practical questions

Then lastly, know some few things about the NGO like what they do bla bla bla
