Delta state is one state blessed by God but continue to remain backward due to string of bad leadership....God help Delta!

Well said but I think we enjoy some government subsidy in the state.I never believe this until I moved to portharcourt.Rivers people were are all the oil money.Hospital card in a government hospital is #1000 in portharcourt as against #100 in Delta state.school fees at government school are free in delta state here in portharcourt payments are officially made.waste collection by government agencies in delta are free of charge here in PH I was asked to pay.Drugs in central hospital warri are the cheapest u can find here in PH they are competing with spa.Rivers people na was ooo.The needful needs to be said
