I agree, especially at bolded. We don't have any reason to be rude to one another. We can always redirect newbies to page 0 without making them feel stupid.

Totally true. I remember how Cochtrane pasted an explanation letter here for me and all the helpful tips i got from people. I'm sure some people were tired of my many questions but I'm glad a number of people humoured me. Let's be kind to new people. I don't know too much, hence not responding to a lot of questions. I just went with information from friends and what I could gather on the internet till we got ITA and i felt I needed more help.

I totally disagree. It's how and what the receiver does with the response he gets.

When I first asked questions on this thread about PCC and travel history, someone told me to go use google and go get Australian PR. I coulda come back crying blue murder but I laughed it off and went to do my research. I guess it's about how tough one's skin is, as most of the time the person responding doesn't mean to be rude or doesn't even know what he/she wrote is rude. I have been called rude and mean on here before. But it is very hilarious to me, if anyone knows me in real life, I play waaaay too much. And I love people with very good sense of humor. However, I have come to realize that this place is made up of very rigid personalities. so na just to ignore and keep moving.
These days sef, I barely answer anything on this thread or just interact with people from the other Canada thread. I answer more on the Living in Canada thread, because I think the frustration is lesser on there grin and folks on there have very good sense of humor and understanding. No offence to this very informative thread though grin

Hi Guys, my PPR is here and I really want to thank God for it.

Our application wasn't in anyway perfect.

Things we were scared we didn't get right:

1. We used 25% pension to complete our POF
2. We didn't upload my spouse's IELTS but raised a CSE about 2 days after AOR
3. Used LOE to explain that the part of the POF which was in T.bills was withdrawn from my cooperative savings account

Congrats. Pls regarding the use of pension as Part of pof, could you pls state what percentage 25% RSA covered. Am about to use same and just want to be sure, the portion am using pension fund to make up is not so much eg having 4m and using pension to make up balance for a family of four?

The fact that someone does something to you doesn't mean you should do it. In any case asking you to check Google might not necessarily be an insult. The way it is said might be the issue.
There are ways to tell someone to go to hell and he will be looking forward to the trip. There are also ways to tell someone to go to heaven....
No one can be rude without knowing...if you are then it is a forgone case.

Hallo my people,

Please successful PPR people, what format is the bank reference letter, did they include a monthly average balance for each month for six months, or what it just one average balance for six months.

Kinda confused. Thanks for your assistance.

Hi Family,
Here is my profile.
Age 29
Bsc
Test result 8777
Work exp 3yrs

Hubby
37
Bsc
Work exp 10yrs
Test 8777

Please gurus in the house help me to calculate it.
Do we have to apply for province nomination
What is the next step

With you being the principal applicant, if the 8 in both ielts results were in Listening, your CRS points will be 431 making you an ideal candidate for this Express Entry without needing provincial nomination. This is assuming your hubby also evaluates his BSc.
431 is within touching distance of recent cut-offs (433, 434 & 435) for ITA so i guess you stand a good chance.
However (and it's just a suggestion), if money is no constraint and you want to maximize your chances, you may want to rewrite ielts for a better score. Reason is that it's the only area where you can improve your CRS points just in case CRS cut-off in subsequent draws doesn't fall to 431.

Glad to see this talk is coming up, I was afraid the thread was losing one of its core essence few pages back. I perceived some “elders” consequently went quiet.

To be honest, some questions go just tire you to answer, not necessarily because they’ve been answered a million times but you find that sometimes, the answer to the question is right there in the poster’s face.

A question like “what’s WES Canada Fax Number” has been asked several times. It will be safe to assume that, it always gets answered, without referring the poster to go ask google. Whereas, the same poster could have used the search bar with phrase simple as “WES Fax Number” and see tens of post confirming one number.

Now, Elfmann (bros, I am not calling you out here) has a very witty way of responding to some posts. Sometimes, his response might come as offensive, other times comical. If you find a response offensive, just jump and pass rather than trading words. Guyman once gave a 5 word response to a post of mine that felt more like a TKO blow to my heart, but I let the bros be. Later realized, that’s he’s way – which isn’t a bad thing. Sometimes, I wish I could tag him to respond to some questions I find weird but that would be brutal. We have to realize we have different personalities and some take things more personal than others. Whichever way, we have to respect each other and maintain the love that has always existed between us all.

In other news, soon and very soon, ITA be falling on some folks while some anxiously waiting for Friday’s Ielts result. Some AOR, some PPR, some COPR… Whichever stage we are, God’s grace be with us all.

Lmao. And na the same guy respond to me when I first asked. However, I saw his sarcasm and I responded in kind and he rearranged himself. cheesy Personally, I didn't find him rude. And Kontagious says it better than I attempted to.
Sides, I find Nigerians hilarious when they call anyone rude, the same people who see someone and shout "ha! You are now fat!" Or ask "how was your night?" Very rude things to say to someone.

Na so o. The few times I come here and see questions like that, I don't bother replying cos I feel the answers are readily available.

I don't want to make anyone feel bad or discouraged so I will rather keep quiet.

Hope pre-relocation plans are going well?

Hi, there's no minimum score per se but it's advisable to enter the pool with as high a score as possible because it's people with certain scores above a cut off that get invited to apply or receive ITA. The scores that receive ITA are determined through periodic draws and you can see the trend for past draws here, http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/express-entry/past-rounds.asp

The last 4 draws have had scores ranging from 433 to 441.

Paying your fees is the last stage of the e-APR after which you will receive confirmation of online application transmission in your CIC account. Ensure you have read through your forms thorougly and uploaded all document before paying fees as you will not be able to edit your submission afterwards.
All the best.

This rude or no rude matter ehn, is one that is very close to my heart. I waka pass 99% of the time because some of us go straight to the point and have little to no time for 'perceived' slowness. So when we even reply sef e go be like curt response even when we get good intentions.

But gbogbo wa o le sun ki a k'ori si ibi ka na. That is to say, all of us no fit lie down and put head in the same direction. Personality matters so I ain't mad at the questions. As I always say, thank God for the patient folks amongst us. Owo yin a ma r'oke o.

You do not need waec. Register on the WES site, pay using your debit card or dollar card. d moni na 322cad/ 185 usd/ 69-73k (depending on how ur bank mouth big), organize how to send your transcripts from both institutions. then fax your saminicates to wes.

wes sees this documents and contacts your suku to find out if dem be origina or oluwole something.

If your suku confam say na orijo, wes go tell you say wait 20 days then giff you e-copy of your report.
