. From my findings, visitors's visa (subclass 600) requires 1month processing time.
My questions goes this way

Did you include all necessary documents?

If you lodge ur visa application without some of the sensitive required documents, ur application may experience significant delay.

A complete visa application may include a medical exams, etc this may cause a delay especially visitors' visa.

Visa application processing time starts when ur visa is received by Australian High Commission in Pretoria, South Africa, this may be a number of days after the visa application is sent by courier.
You can track ur visa application at an Australian Visa application Centre.

You can as well contact them via mail or call to discuss ur visa applications, in some instances, they may be able to expedite ur visa application.
