I'm sorry for derailing,but I just got a Techno Camon CX 3 months ago,and I saw msg that system update is available now. If I proceed with the update,will I lose all downloaded apps and stuffs on my phone?

No you won't lose them, but it's always imperative to backup your files.

Name of your device as it's possible it has a custom skin.
