ASABA STADIUM: CONTRACTORS BEGINS WORK IN ASABA STADIUM AS OSSAI APPLAUD GOV OKOWA.

As promised by Delta State Governor Sen Ifeanyi Okowa few months ago, the completion of outstanding works and spectators stand/tartan track of Asaba Township Stadium, Asaba within the shortest possible time according to Ossai Ovie Success has started.

Accoding to the Political Aide to the Governor on Special Duties (Media) Mr Ossai Ovie Success , the completion of Asaba stadium is in preparation for the 2018 Africa Athletics Championships that will be holding at Asaba Township Stadium.

"This is in the fulfillment of Gov Okowa Promise" he said while applauding the state Governor Sen Ifeanyi Okowa over the ongoing works .

Despite all the money, the state does not have a standard stadium. They should build one standard stadium in Asaba. Even if it's just the level of Enugu or Ibadan liberty stadium. I don't want to mention Uyo because we don't believe in international standard projects in Delta.

Past governments killed this state.. But thank God for His miracles.. Delta will be great
